This series of field trips take students to different farmlands and urban farms to inspire reflection on the relationship among agriculture, Hong Kong society and daily life.

- Farming with Classics – Trip IV: Nam Chung Revisited
The visit took place in the afternoon of 16 Mar 2019. Guided by the Partnership for Eco-Agriculture and the Conservation of Earth (PEACE), around thirty teachers and students farmed and practiced meditation at Nam Chung, Sha Tau Kok.
- Farming with Classics – Trip III: Farmer on the Roof
The event was organized in the afternoon of 26 Jan 2019. Over thirty teachers and students visited an urban farm on the rooftop of an industrial building in Tsuen Wan, after which they returned to campus to help set up the rooftop farm at Hui Yeung Shing Building, assembling planter boxes and preparing the potting mix together.
- Farming with Classics – Trip II: Nam Chung in Depth
The tour was organized in the afternoon of 10 Nov 2018. Guided by the Partnership for Eco-Agriculture and the Conservation of Earth (PEACE), around thirty teachers and students farmed and practiced meditation at Nam Chung, Sha Tau Kok.
- Farming with Classics – Trip I: Expedition to Fu Tei Au
The activity was held in the morning of 6 Oct 2018, with over thirty teachers and students taking a guided tour at Fu Tei Au Village, Sheung Shui, led by the villagers.
- Rising from the Ashes: A Visit to Nam Sang Wai (Trial Tour)
Students visited Nam Sang Wai in the spring of 2018 to observe the vitality of this piece of wetland after it was devastated by fire several times.
